About
An orientation to spiritual rank, prophetic calling, and clergy status in Celestial Church of Christ.
This guide documents the rank structure of Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) — published by CCC Disciple Parish as an educational reference to the denomination-wide system, not a hierarchy created by or limited to this parish.

Celestial Church of Christ has an established hierarchy of spiritual ranks, with recognized rank lines for men, women, Prophets, and Prophetesses. Three related concepts are helpful when understanding the structure.
A member’s recognized place within the rank hierarchy of Celestial Church of Christ.
Prophets and Prophetesses have their own recognized rank lines within CCC. A prophetic calling remains distinct from a person’s progression through other ranks.
CCC distinguishes between clergy and non-clergy. This distinction is especially important within portions of the higher rank structure, where parallel ranks distinguish clergy from non-clergy members.
Both the men’s and women’s hierarchies begin at one shared starting rank, then branch into a general line and a related prophetic line.

The General and Prophetic lines are distinct from clergy status. At the Higher Evangelist Orders, selected members follow the applicable clergy or non-clergy path.

Both lines culminate at Mother Celestial. Holding that rank does not by itself identify a woman as a Prophetess.
This reference is built from the Church’s own governing documents and institutional publications, corroborated where possible by contemporary CCC Worldwide material.
Social-media and member material may be used for discovery or corroboration of current title usage, but it is not presented here as equivalent to a Pastorate directive or the Constitution. Historical rank lists available online may not reflect later developments in the Higher Evangelist Orders; this reference incorporates later Pastorate directives and contemporary CCC institutional documentation where available.
The CCC Constitution establishes that the Church has a hierarchy, that different ranks are distinguished through robes, and that members are directed to the Church publication Order of Seniority and Promotion and Dressing Rank by Rank and its accompanying chart (Clauses 185–187). Academic documentation identifying this publication as CCC Pastoral Council Order No. 4 further supports its provenance. A copy of the Constitution used for this research is available below.
